My name is Richard, and I have over 20 years' experience working in leading independent schools. Throughout my career I have held a range of senior roles, including involvement in the admissions process, Head of Department, member of the pastoral team, and, most recently, Housemaster. These positions have given me a comprehensive understanding of independent school life, from the admissions process through to academic achievement, pastoral care and pupil development.

As my own children began the journey of choosing their schools, I found that more and more friends were asking for my advice on which schools would best suit their children. It became clear that the experience and insight I had gained over two decades could benefit many more families.

I founded my consultancy to provide parents with honest, informed and personalised guidance, helping them navigate the often-complex independent school landscape with confidence. My aim is to ensure every child is matched with a school where they will thrive academically, socially and personally.
