‍ ‍All services must be paid for in full before work begins.

‍ Prices are displayed on our website or agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services. Payments are made securely using the payment methods provided.

‍ ‍4. Cancellation and Refunds

‍ ‍Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received, all fees are non-refundable.

‍ ‍Should you decide not to proceed after booking, no refund will be issued.

‍ ‍If BISA is unable to provide the agreed service due to exceptional circumstances, an alternative appointment or refund may be offered at our discretion.

‍ ‍5. Rescheduling Appointments

‍ ‍Appointments may be rearranged with reasonable notice where possible.

‍ ‍If a scheduled video consultation is missed on two separate occasions without prior agreement, BISA reserves the right not to offer any further rescheduling. The consultation will be considered forfeited.

‍ ‍6. Scope of Service

‍ ‍BISA provides professional advice and guidance based on extensive experience within independent education.

‍ ‍However, BISA cannot and does not guarantee:

  • ‍ ‍Admission to any particular school;

  • Scholarship or bursary awards;

  • Success in entrance examinations or interviews; or

  • Any specific educational outcome.

‍ ‍Final admissions decisions remain entirely at the discretion of each individual school's admissions team.

‍ ‍7. Client Responsibilities

‍ ‍Parents and guardians agree to:

  • ‍ ‍Provide accurate and truthful information;

  • Inform BISA promptly of any relevant changes;

  • Meet all school application deadlines;

  • Ensure their child attends scheduled consultation sessions;

  • Review recommendations carefully before making final decisions.

‍ ‍BISA cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines or incomplete applications where required information has not been provided.

‍ ‍8. Confidentiality

‍ ‍All information shared during consultations will be treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law.

‍ ‍9. Intellectual Property

‍ ‍All reports, school recommendations, written guidance, resources and documentation produced by BISA remain the intellectual property of BISA.

‍ ‍These materials are provided solely for the client's personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written permission.

‍ ‍10. Limitation of Liability

‍ ‍BISA's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

‍ ‍BISA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its consultancy services.

‍ ‍These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
